Rules for using the sauna:
- Clients are obliged to inform the reception 1-1.5 hours beforehand about the desire to use the sauna.
- The sauna can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at the same time.
- Using the sauna after a hearty meal is not recommended.
- Before entering the sauna, remove all metal objects as they may cause burns to the body.
- Before entering the sauna, wash the entire body under the shower with soap and warm water and then wipe dry.
- Clients should enter the sauna with a towel that serves as a bench pad. It is forbidden to use cosmetic products: scrubs, gels, masks, creams etc.
- The first entry to the sauna should last from 6 to 12 minutes, then cool the body with a cold shower and rest on the couches (6 – 12 minutes).


- Next entries (up to three entries during one stay), should not last longer than 10 minutes.
- The stay in the sauna starts from the lowest bench, gradually moving to higher levels (depending on the mood), where the temperature is higher.
- Staying in the sauna should always end up with a cold shower – the use of soap is not recommended.
- After using the sauna, rest for about 20-30 minutes. It is advisable to drink mineral water in moderate amounts.
- Before and after a stay in the sauna it is discouraged to undertake physical exercise.
- The sauna can only be used by healthy people.
- People with health issues should use the sauna and other devices after consultation with their doctor.
